Shipping Information

Zafi offers worldwide shipping using FedEx priority shipping! Best of all, our one-time shipping fee is a flat rate, and NOT per item!

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been processed.

Shipping Methods

We offer express shipping via our shipping partner, FedEx or DHL and standard shipping via SingPost. We also provide shipping via other courier companies upon request.

Shipping Costs

Worldwide Express Shipments: US $48.00 flat rate. Express shipments are fully insured, with 3 to 5 working days for delivery and end-to-end tracking.

Worldwide Standard Shipments: US $8.00 flat rate. Standard shipments are insured up to US $200.00 for 10 items in one small parcel, with 8 to 22 working days for delivery and standard tracking. Our standard airmail shipping option is usually faster than the estimated time for USA, most of Asia, Europe, and the UK.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and current location of your shipment.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Customs Duty and Import Tax

In many countries (not USA), properly declared shipments may be subject to customs charges and tax. Standard mail takes longer, but typically avoids additional fees. We are happy to ship via express mail, but please note that we have no control over import taxes that may occur in your country. All fees, taxes, VAT, or other import duties/penalties are the full responsibility of the buyer. Zafi Trading Pte Ltd has no control over the customs policies of your country. Packages refused for these reasons are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In addition, return freight fees, brokerage charges and customs duties will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Returns and Exchanges

Zafi accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Executive at info@zafigem.com with your order number and details. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Standard Shipping does not provide return shipping, The buyer need to ship back to us using any means and return payment will be made upon receipt of goods only. We highly recommend to use a shipping class that has tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method via Stripe or PayPal

 

Your refunds will be instantly deposited into your stripe or PayPal account.

Credit Card Payments

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
